Robyn Williams interviews Meenakshi Wadhwa

Postby David Entwistle » Tue May 06, 2014 1:49 am

ABC's science editor Robyn Williams interviews Meenakshi Wadhwa. See here.

The vault at the Center for Meteorite Studies at the Arizona State University contains around 2,000 samples - meteorites from Mars, the Moon, and places unknown. Director Meenakshi Wadhwa takes Robyn Williams on a walking tour of the collection. As Meenakshi Wadhwa explains, the chemical composition of meteorites, together with analysis of trapped gases is important information which adds to the picture of the history of the Solar System, how the planets formed, and can even give clues about the origin of life.
