Pope Receives Meteorite

I read that Pope Francis has received a gift of a 4.56 g Northwest Africa 7387 meteorite. The donation of the Martian (shergottite) meteorite was made by Museo di Scienze Planetarie Provincia di Prato and there is a news article on their web site.

I hope His Holiness pops over to the BIMS forum to discuss his new acquisition.

From the image, it looks like a very nice partial slice with fusion crust.
