Dr Mike Simms from National Museums Northern Ireland will be talking about the extraordinary story of the Barwell meteorite (and other L chondrites), from the beginning of the Solar System to the present day, to the Geology Section of the Leicester Lit & Phil on the evening of Wednesday 2nd December. Non-members are welcome. It starts at 7.30pm (Refreshments served from 7.00pm) in Lecture Theatre 3, Ken Edwards Building, on the main University of Leicester campus.
