Yet another Barwell anniversary event, 2nd December

Dr Mike Simms from National Museums Northern Ireland will be talking about the extraordinary story of the Barwell meteorite (and other L chondrites), from the beginning of the Solar System to the present day, to the Geology Section of the Leicester Lit & Phil on the evening of Wednesday 2nd December. Non-members are welcome. It starts at 7.30pm (Refreshments served from 7.00pm) in Lecture Theatre 3, Ken Edwards Building, on the main University of Leicester campus.

Sounds good Mike...I'll try and get along with my factory hitting lump :)
I'm doing a Barwell talk...and other extraordinary falls... for the Leicester Astronomy Society at the Space Centre, Leicester the following Tuesday the 8th at 7.30pm too...
