A single stone weighing 524.5g was ploughed up by a farmer in 1985 and recognised as a meteorite in 1990. Monument Draw is a rare acapulcoite, but one with a big difference - it is very rich in nickel-iron and contains long, thick bands of metal running through the matrix.
